Motorola recently announced ‘MOTO G Turbo Edition‘ as a successor to their own ‘Moto G 3rd generation‘ with some noticeable upgrades. As expected from Motorola’s aggressive pricing, this version of Moto G is priced at INR 14,499/- which is exclusively available at Flipkart.com.
Now if we compare it with the regular Moto G 3rd Gen, which is already in market, both versions are quite identical in looks & builds. It has same display resolution, same front & back camera module, same water & dust resistance (IP67 certified), have dual SIM support with 4G support & have same amount of battery capacity viz., 2470mAh non-removable battery. But to stand is apart from the original Moto G 3rd Gen, instead of using Snapdragon 410 chipset, Moto G turbo edition houses SnapDragon 615 chipset, an octo-core SoC (1.5 GHz + 1 GHz) which is on it’s downside is infamous for it’s excessive heating issues. This Moto G also support Qualcomm’s Quick Charge which is capable of proving 6 hours of usage with just 15 Minutes of charge & also, there is no 1GB version for Moto G Turbo unlike Moto G 3rd Gen.
